reversal of wins

I beat a player then the results were reversed. It was a fair win on time what can I do?

You ran out of time. White made the last move.

I disagree. I made another move with 3seconds left. Won on time. That game result was altered. I checked receipt of the win and it was changed into a loss when I reviewed it a again.

I’m not going to lose sleep over it. It’s the first time I’ve seen a win reversal. Error

Moves made in the client do not always make it to the server before time runs out, even after accounting for allowed lag.

The server it the official time keeper and since the game ended with white winning on time, that's what happened if you had made a move.

Not sure what you mean, but the game is still a loss by time. White made the last official move and black had no time left.

It was also mate in 1 and your opponent had almost 2 seconds to find the mate, even had you not timed out.

Yeah, support is mistaken in this case, there isn't/wasn't a bug. Glad you got your rating refunded though.

Check receipt of your wins. 1st time I noticed anything like that in 4k games

There wasn't a bug. White made the last official move, the last move received by the server before your time expired. So the game was a loss on time for you.
