Server Maintenance Killing my Rating.

Is this an issue exclusive with mobile devices? When I'm playing on a computer and the server goes offline, it usually tells me that the game was aborted, not a win/loss for either player. If this isn't the case with mobile devices, I would assume that it is a bug.
By the way, does it say that the game counted as a loss because the game was abandoned? If so, it's possible that you are simply mistaking connection issues on your mobile device for the server maintenances.
