Go to this page and at the bottom there is a text box and a button beside it that says "block user". Enter the name of the user you want to block in the box and click the button.

Home>Account>Privacy. You have a limit of 200 members you can block at one time and believe it or not there has been at least one complaint that it's not enough!

Is there a way to prevent having to listen to certain players and/or block a player from playing them again?
