super admin?

how do you become super admins and admins?

The admins in the group must promote you. However, if you create your own group, you are automatically a super-admin. Perhaps talk to the super admin to become an admin. Admins do not have the power to promote/demote as super admins do.

me? i am not sure how it works, because i just created a group and became admin and super admin (absolutely no idea)

You will be the Super Admin of any group that you create, but if you want to become an Admin in another group, you should contribute useful posts to their forum, participate actively in their vote chess games, and get to know the admins.  If the Super Admins know and trust you, you are more likely to be promoted.
