Lately, I have read quite a few forums about how the fairplay policy has screwed people over. But I would just like to thank chess.com for it.
Recently, I was winning a game of 30 minute, and my opponent offers me a draw (haven't read anything about draws in the forums the past few days either.) I declined and played on. After his next move he offered another and when I decined ran off ten minutes of the clock before resigning. I was alerted in the chat box that his/her profile was in possible violation of the fair play policy and that their account would be possibly restricted. So, thanks chess.com your fair play policy is apreciated by me, at least.
