Another episode of the BIG Show has come and gone but for the first one of the New Year, Danny comes through with a great score. It also marked the first time that Danny played the same person twice in one show. There was also two games with different time controls than the rest, which will be noted in the recap.
Overall, 8 games were played, 2 of them vs. Kingpatzer, who got the only victory in today's show for a 7.0/8 score. Danny beat him in an agreed rematch. But I don't want to get ahead of myself here so let's get to the games in the order they finished. The time controls were 15|15, but two were 15|10. So let's get a move on!

Danny admitted that he didn't have his mojo working today but everyone is entitled to have an off day, but even so, a 7.0/8 score at 8 AM in the morning his time is pretty good.
