I would say that the fastest player is ChessNetwork. He plays 1 min chess and plays it a lot.

I also play 1 min and I usually end with +/- 20 seconds and a won game, I'm 1950 although I got disconnected once in my 10 games, I would have been higher otherwise.

The ones that only have a few minutes or seconds per move have only played one game or two, joseph12 is the fastest so far

I suppose you could also measure "fast" by number of games completed over a given period.  Those crazies who play 3000 games at once may have a slow-looking "avg time per move" stat, but that's because those are measured by moves in individual games.  But in terms of overall through-put, they are the masters (at least in terms of quantity).

You're right: webmaster  has slowed down to a "few min". (And not a few good min either.)

I hate seeing the few min everywhere. every time I post something. this was done to save servers or something?

You probably never installed that clock on your PC: "approx time"? The display said things like: "It's nearly a quarter to ten".

Giving an approximate answer to a question is considered more human - not that you would know about that. 

These players have managed their playing time and simultaneous games in such a way as to keep their time/move averages extremely low over thousands of completed games.
