lmao some ppl might switch to Russia now because of blank flag
They Removed the Russian and Belarusian Flag.
Or the Belarusian flag, so who knows which.

I thought this was expert level troll and was waiting for the Rickroll... What a nonsense thing to do.
Shame on you chess.com for bringing politics into the wonderful world of chess. Shame on you for your McCarthyite discrimination against innocent Russian people. And, if politics are the order of the day on chess.com, shame on you for your support of the murderous Nazi terrorists in Ukraine!
Did ChessMasterGS actually say don't talk politics? I hope everyone sees the absurd irony in that statement! Chess.com is the one talking politics with their statements on the war and, more importantly, their shameful discrimination against Russian and Belarusian members. How did the left become the Nazi fascists?
While I'm at it ... shame on FIDE for their actions against Sergei Karjakin. And liberals get upset that America put the Japanese into internment camps and required a loyalty oath from them? Karjakin has been slandered and denied his livelihood, as well, and essentially denied free speech and required to make a loyalty oath, as well.

lmao some ppl might switch to Russia now because of blank flag
its sad tho ngl, like i am not political being american but i just feel bad for the russian players who arent even like promoting the war but want peace like most of us do
We are all political, friend, but chess.com shouldn't bring any politics into their site and shouldn't be discriminating against Russians and Belorusians who have done nothing to deserve it.
The flag has changed to a blank rectangle, and if you click on it, it leads here:

I remember Chess.com stating they would not be removing the flags of Russia and Belarus, but I guess they changed it...
(Don't talk politics and get this forum locked; this is meant to convey information. Whether you agree or disagree with this change, let's not get heated, shall we?)
