I agree, but I suspect that the games are stored in some third party standard format that chess.com may not have the ability to modify it.

It would be nice if when replaying a game the time on each person's clock was also shown. OK, this would mean storing along with each move the time on each person's clock, but I don't think this would be any extra work (i.e. not an extra SQL query), since the move itself has to be saved. It would be a really nice feature, particularly when analysing speed games; in these instances it would be very helpful to look back at a game and see how much time was spent for the different moves.
