Possibly you did not "accept" the rematch request yet and therefore it is not letting you move any of the pieces yet. If this is the case you should see an "accept" button that you can click to accept the rematch request and start the game.

After I played a new player who came as a guest he requested a rematch The board is there set up but there is no response to my pointer on a piece.
