Unable to accept Challenges

I cannot accept challenges from others for online chess and I don't know how to change this. In my settings page, the box is unchecked for "stop! I'm NOT available for challenges..." which seems like that should be correct (box unchecked). not sure what to do

No, delete the other one (by deleteing your comment), then go to your homepage, go down to the bottom, and select manage all content, and change to help and support

Move your mouse over the HOME menu on the navigation bar, select ACCOUNT, then click on privacy, and see if the game challenges box is checked or not.

Ok, done. Yes the box is unchecked. Is there another way? am I limited by what I set for my opponent min/max rating?

Hi! Sorry you're having issues with online chess. What happens when you try to accept a challenge? Do you get any error messages?

When others try to challenge me, they get an error message which states that I "currently am not accepting challengers" in a red error message box.

Nope, you just need to make a couple of moves in your games before starting a new challenge :) We just don't want players continuously starting new games and not playing in the games that they already have.

Thanks for the reply. As long as you make a few moves in the current games you have, you should be able to create more challenges. For example, try bringing the number of games that its your turn in down to 15 and then try creating a challenge.
