under 1000 tournaments

is there any tournaments that is under 1000 (rated)  that are played.I would like to know where they are....

the reason why I asked is because my rating for the past to touraments  is at 102 in (2 years "in VT.)and my rating here on chess.com is much higher.I learned that playing against the clock in a tourament is harder then playing here online and a different mind set. thats why I asked

Wait so OTB or? I know that there are a lot of chess organizations before Covid that hosted tournaments where a majority of the players were under 1000... I've been in a few myself.
