I've also experienced this, I think 2-3 times in the last week or so. Thanks for working on it!
I suggest the Auto-Vacation should starts when there's 3 hours left. Otherwise we would waste our vacation remaining time just like that. This problems has been going on for quite sometime now.
I haven't had it in a few days, is it still going on?
I'm now still on line playing my games (and my Time Left is 2 days). Suddenly, "Vacation" mode came off/triggers just like that.
Erik, you better starts doing something about this bugs or else I'm going to quit Chess.com...!!!

Why did the system put me automatically on vacation when my remaining time was 2 days?
