Vote Leaderboard problems

I noticed a couple of mistakes on the Vote Leaderboard today.  Team Romania has 145 points after winning 100% of 30 games, but I guess this should probably be 150.  Similarly, Team South Africa has 5 points after winning 75% of 4 games, but this should be 15.  The Win % is also a peculiar number in that it does not include draws.

Are there any plans to extend the Glicko rating system to Vote Chess Groups?  Up at the top of the Vote Leaderboard, there are quite a few groups that have lost a startling number of games, while groups further down seem much stronger.  At the very least, perhaps the table should be ordered by Win %.

These observations are no mistakes in the Vote Leaderboard, but arise as follows:

Wins on time when the opponent fails to make a single move in a vote chess game are counted as a win in that statistics, but understandably do not give any points for the Vote Leaderboard.

So South Africa has won 3 games: WE ARE SUPER ADMINS made 4 moves, and then timed out.  Fins0905 made 3 moves, and then timed out.  Vote and chess fun group timed out without making any moves.  I guess that means Team South Africa received its 5 points for the win over WE ARE SUPER ADMINS, is that right?

I would think so, yes. It seems logical to me that while normal Online Chess games affect ratings only if they last more than 4 moves, Vote Chess games only are counted for the Vote Leaderboard points if they last for more than 4 moves or so.
