To be fair, those of us not swooning made up about 5 pages of that tribute.

I love being proved right, although I thought it would be a month or so.

Oh come on whether 5 pages or 19 of them pages fact is she quit the site and deleted her account then made that huge long good bye and posted it in public forums for all to see but now she has come back?

It may have been just a few days but it felt like forever, and isn't feeling the most important thing?

Why would she delete her account and go under a new one just a few days later?

i'm with you.  i knew it was a stupid scheme but i too thought it would at least be a few weeks.  it's cool that she got all her family problems worked out.  she must have a really really understanding family to let her play chess online.  they've really given up a lot.

If she really has come back we need to drag this out to 20 pages.

I think this thread is sillier than hers.  Honestly...who cares.

I could copy and paste that sentiment to 99% of the threads here.

Still, I am seeing some worth in this one.

We could extrapolate that chess is a silly game and, as a subset, anything that goes on at a chess site is silly.

This is just entertainment is all.
