I wouldn't expect my wife to mow the lawn. What sort of beast do you take me for? She has never been "chained to the stove".
Coincidentally, she was roped to the roof recently, so that she didn't fall while tiling. Am I considerate or what?
Oh I never thought she was chained to the stove, artfizz. Otherwise it wouldn't be good trade as the car dealer would also get a stove in the bargain.
