I have seen USCF ratings in few of the profile, so what is that rating and how to get it? It looks cool and very rare in chess.com

Players from the United States can get over the board ratings from the United States Chess Federation. (USCF)

It looks like you are from India. Are all tournaments in India rated by FIDE or is there a national organization that provides ratings?

You wouldn't get a rating from the USCF unless you moved to the United States.

Actually, anyone can join the US Chess Federation if they pay the yearly membership fee. If they wanted to they could create an affiliate, become a TD, and run rated events as well. Or join and play in any affiliate's Online tournaments for online ratings.

There's a number of regular, non-titled players that have joined to play online events like that
