What's happening with The Legends Club and The Players League generally?!

I follow the Legends League closely. What is going on with it and The Players League generally? Right now there are just 68 players in this week's Legend Division - there should be hundreds of thousands by this stage of the week and the top score is just 471 trophies whereas it would normally be two or three thousand by now! It's the same story with most of the other divisions. What has happened? Is there a link someone can post that can explain what is happening with the Players League - what did I miss!

There are some leagues related bugs going on and staff are working on fixing them.

I keep a record of how many people enter The Players League most weeks, and whereas total membership for the week has almost always been in the region of five to six million over the last few months, in the week 12-19 November the total number of members in the Players League dropped dramatically - all the way down to 1 and a half million, before again rising back to the normal range. I was wondering what the reason could be - was there a massive tournament on that week that members joined instead of playing in The Players League? Many thanks.

The bugs were pretty major the problems prevented many members from being placed in any divisions at all, even if they were playing in games, or being put in divisions by themselves. I believe there were also bugs in the leagues leaderboards as well, some related to the overall problem and some due to members not being in active divisions.

Wouldn't it be nice if we had some communication from the league about this problem? Everyday I look at my "division" (I am #1 of 1!) and wonder if I missed the deadly "Legends Plague" that is wreaking a Chess Apocalypse. Couldn't the little guy with the crewcut who can't keep the neon pawn plugged in take a minute to let us know. I was wondering if everybody just decided not to play league for the month of December...

There must have been some discussion on these issues - there are 5 or 6 million of us wanting to be part of the Players League every week! Does anyone have any links to these discussions they can post here?

The current recommendation for that situation is to leave leagues and rejoin. Then play a game to be placed in a working division.

As far as I'm aware, there's nothing specific posted other than members with issues. I've been posting in a number of topics an passing information along when it's available.

Just 45 minutes now until a new Week's league begins - I wonder if everything will be sorted out and everything starts as it should ....

If you mean stuck divisions, you should be placed in a working division after your next game

I've just won a game. I haven't been given the points. The Legend league is now populated with players, which it wasn't yesterday. But no points.
