why do most players on chess.com let you hang on the whole time

why Most of the players I face either beat me (this doesn't make me sad, sometimes I offer a replay for those players) or let me wait the whole time with out playing if they are losing. shouldn't there be any way to stop these players (and this is what make me so sad). (yes game is abandoned and I win but it is not why I came to chess.com I didn't come to wait for 15 minutes doing absolotely nothing and winning the game at the end)

This primarily happens when playing low rated players. If you get stronger and play better players, they do this a lot less.

  I believe this is the exact reason we see so much trolling on the forums...

It's a tactic employed by low rated losers, they can't beat you so they make u wait as long as possible, I guess to get one over on you. Blobby12 is right though, once u get to playing around 1800 or higher players it happens a lot less.
