Oh yeah I've seen it all before.  I'm too busy watching Trading Places now and wishing it was cold again!

Yeah, hoping to see Messi get off the mark against Mexico. That would really kick off his world cup. He's been good so far, but not the same form as when he plays for Barca.

Still only 23 though, he's got another two world cups in him. The 2014 world cup will be his if he stays fit and happy.

Yes, and I suppose the question now is; how many more World Cups will C. Ronaldo have left to stink up?

It was not really his fault (and I'm not even a hugh fan) because he was played up front on his own. The delivery up towards him and the support was woeful. He would have had more of an impact and seen more of the ball if he'd been played deeper. The guys a tool but I have to admit he can really play.

What?  The majority of the time Hugo Almeida was the central focal point.  And players who are supposed to be among the best in the world should prove it, even if not everything is to their liking.

A useful comparison would be with Villa, who is obviously very much a central striker, yet always goes looking for the outside of his chosen areas.  In the crunch, Ronaldo is as ball shy as an English midfielder (arf).
