Sometime I feel if my opponent is doing this deliberately. Everytime this happens, my opponent has just made a huge blunder. If i dont refresh the page, my opponent just leaves the game and I win by abandonment.

Chess.com's help page offers a nice explanation of why the fact that your YouTube videos stream is not relevant to how your chess game connection is maintained.

Same here... had to open a Lichess account for the first time. I will go back to using Chesscom when the problem is fixed but this shows why it is important to avoid these kind of issues as much as possible. And if this will happen inevitably, from time to time... make sure it isn't for too long.

Same issue, only on Android, app and laptop work fine.
I don't understand. How can it be an issue on Android but not on the app? Most people using an Android device would be using the Android app.
If you guys would take the time to file a bug report with the developers, info on your actual browser or app setup gets sent along with info on your device. If enough reports get sent, the developers can spot problems.
(A report here doesn't really help.)
I've contacted support several times about my 1GBit pipe getting disconnected regularly recently. Just now got disconnected 4 times in 3 games. With stupid bots ignoring the problem and a support answer "it is a feature and not a bug", I say: Have a good day. Chess is a time controlled game and if I'm constantly put at a disadvantage, chess.com is not usable.
I am having issues starting games, because I keep getting warning messages:
