"You may not use Analysis while playing chess"

I often have analysis tabs open while playing games because I make puzzles. However, even though I don't check the analysis, I'll often return to the tab after the game and see the pop up warning saying "You may not use Analysis while playing chess."

Anyways, I'm just curious if this is going to get my account banned or not.

You are allowed to use the provided analysis board and analyse your position using your own abilities, this tool is there for this purpose and is perfectly acceptable... the assistance which will land one in trouble is using your own separate chess assisting software this will only lead to one outcome when you get ground out?!!

I hate that. It happens to me 100 times a day. "Fair play" my foot. I am sometimes working on puzzles and have the engine running for days. I just can't erase my work because I am addicted to play games.
