can black draw ?
any boby know how to submit a pgn file after i save it ?
can white win or make a draw ?

No, white wins easily
White is ahead in material too much for black to draw, he just needs to push his pawns a little.
To insert a pgn file, click on the same chessboard icon you used to insert the above diagram, select "game or sequence of moves", click continue, select use a pgn file, and paste your file into the textbox. Then click continue a few more times and you are done.

what i ment i want to copy and paste a the last scene say 40 kh2 : rxg2
or from any other move say from move 30 on
and not the whole game
