Black only has checks from the side and white wins by moving the king up to b8. So I don't see how 1. ..Kh7 is an improvement. It only delays the inevitable.

You don't need to calculate many variations accurately to see that this is a draw--all that's important is for the black rook to be in a position to sacrifice itself for the white pawn.
And if that fails, go here, input the FEN, and convince yourself.
