No matter what happened, you played a random move in 2-3 seconds. You blundered away a pawn as early as move 2, then a bishop on move 6, then another piece on move 7, then your queen on move 13, and so on.
Don't do this. Don't play random moves. Try to find good moves.

Yes. Do puzzles.
I see that you already do that, which is good. But you are rushing it, which is not good.
Don't look at the timer, just try to get it right every time. Don't just play a good looking move after 10 seconds. Try to find the only good move.

Lessons, puzzles, use your time (but not too much or you’ll lose on time), and look at the whole board
Practice with bots. You won’t lose rating and it will help you to improve. Chess.com has a wide array of bots at various difficulties. I suggest you try them out.
Losing is the only way to learn :)
