Opposite Colored Bishops

I haven’t calculated the details but I assume it’s something like white brings their king to c6 and bishop on c2, and then with Black’s B on a5 defending his pawn white plays b4, …cxb4, Bb3, locking in the B on a5, and the K on c6 is still able to get back to contain the f5 pawn if it runs?

just as a rule of thumb most opposite colored bishop endgame, regardless if up or down a pawn, is drawn

This is correct. White traps black's bishop, sacrifices the b-pawn, and chases black's f-pawn.
