This doesn't seem like a draw to me.

Remarkably Capablanca was wrong. The win requires several only moves but really isn't that difficult and can only assume that Capablanca did not give this position more than few seconds of thought. Beauty of pre computer era is that there was real chance of finding mistakes in the books/analysis of the leading authorities.

The fact that WCH missed the win also probably means it's worth a puzzle.
