Fortresses are always neat.
This is not a draw. Black just need to sac a rook to make spaces and will win easily win rook + bishop + pawns!
If someone can tell me why I'm blind because of that, please don't doubt. Probably I can't see this draw due to I dislike closed games with no empty and possible squares...

White will never take that rook! If for example Rd7 white just continues moving his king.
Don't worry if you didn't see it (strong chess engines can miss this defense too), but if you know the fortress idea it's easy. This can help you get a draw in hopeless positions: Fortress (chess).
