I like the NM Robert Ramirez course on youtube. He starts at zero and goes up through master level stuff. Feels like a personal coach. Basics, tactics, openings, etc in a nice progression. He has like 150+ videos and you can jump/skip to whatever level you feel you want.
GM Daniel Naroditsky on youtube is very helpful. But I guess you're brand new to chess so I'd recommend getting a membership here at chess.com and going through the beginner videos (they have an entire series for beginners that way you understand how the game works) as well as thousands of other very good lessons you can use in the future when you start to get better. Good luck!

I'd recommend watching John Bartholomew's climbing the rating ladder series, and also his chess fundamental videos. You can find them on youtube by searching for those phrases. Here's an example:

Some great recommendations from others.
If you want another to add to the list, I have just started a series from Coach Kestony where he runs through the most typical beginner mistakes which I am finding useful - Beginner Chess Guide | Most Typical Mistakes
If you are completely new to the game and still learning the rules, then something like Robert Ramirez which has already been recommended is likely a better place to start, but once you are familiar with the rules and are starting to play games, I recommend giving the Kestony series a try.
