The number on the right is increment, extra time added to your clock after every move you make. So 3/2 is 3 minutes each plus 2 seconds increment added after each move.

My apologies for asking....I couldn't find the answer anywhere. I normally play 10 minute rapid (each person gets 10 minutes)
I can't figure out what 3 / 2, 1 / 1, and 2 / 1 mean in reference the type of game.
I appreciate the help.
