Can knight capture king?

Here is a photo of my current game, black to play.

I'm wondering if Nh2 can capture Kf1, even though it looks like it's being protected by Qe2.

King are not captured in chess, so it can't be black to play. White could not have left the king in check.

Do you mean black can't make that move?

First, you are NOT allowed to ask for help on your current game.

Therefore I am not going to give any move or say what each player should or could play.

As Martin_Stahl already said, it can not be black to move, because the King can not remain in check. The King is never captured in chess.

So if there is a position like the one in the picture, it must be white to move. Because of this black can not make the move you suggest, or any other move, because it is not black's turn to make a move.

In case this is an OTB game (a game played over the board, with a real chess set, not online) with a friend and you have somehow reached the position with black to move, then there must have been some illegal moves played earlier...

If you play by the rules, you can not have the position in the picture with black to move.

To add to the comments above, they are correct, the position with black to play is impossible, unless this is some kind of chess variant, like anti chess or something.

You can't, Kings can get check and checkmate but can't be captured. :bk

It can only be white's turn in this position. It is not checkmate, as Rxh2 is forced. White cannot ignore the check. However, if it is black's turn, and if you do capture, it may cause Chess.com to glitch out and create a ghost king.

Seriously, just use google or something and find out what checkmate is. You can't play chess without it. It is the most basic stuff that you absolutely meed to know before playing chess.

Even in your previous topic several people gave you that advice, which you ignored.

No actually I read it, and looked through simple checkmates that day. I was sure that couldn't be played but needed to be sure.
