Can the King kill the Queen in check?

Edit: It's possible BUT As I originally said the king cannot get that close to the opponents queen without putting the king in danger, so it is not possible to my understanding unless there is a piece supporting the queen. Take it with the king if the queen has no support.

Slight flaw in your logic, the K can't get that close to the Q, but that doesn't prevent the Q from moving right next to the K. Why anyone would do that, without a piece backing up the Q is a different story.

Yeah, I thought he meant just go to the queen! @baddogno Thank you!

Yeah, I thought he meant just go to the queen!
When Kings Attack! * dun-dun-dunnnnn *

summary: the king can take the queen if the queen moves right next to him and has no pieces supporting her. of course, there would be no reason for the queen to do this unless it's a crazy sacrifice.
the king can't get to the queen on his own, though, because the queen controls all the squares needed for the king to move right next to her. so the only way a king can take the opposing queen is if the queen moves right next to it.

Fully depends, in general any move that makes your king unchecked is valid and any move that either leaves your king in check or moves your king in check is unvalid

why are you fools on chess.com preventing white king from taking black king.
Maybe because "the fools on chess.com" know the rules of the game?
