The king can't take the queen if taking the queen would place the king in check.
Can the King kill the Queen in check?

The Queen is protected by the bishop. If the king takes the queen (not possible but just imagine) then the bishop would take the king
So..following that logic, can somebody tell me why my king couldn't take the queen in this situation? - https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/69025241787?tab=review
Bishop on c4 defending the queen and gets you checkmated

the queen is being supported by bishop .If you take the queen you will still be in check

Yes, as long as the queen is close enough and if the queen is not defended.
summary: the king can take the queen if the queen moves right next to him and has no pieces supporting her. of course, there would be no reason for the queen to do this unless it's a crazy sacrifice.
...
They do not kill, they only capture.
There's no reference in the FIDE handbook to the Geneva Convention.

Because the rook is defending the queen, a king cannot take a piece if taking the piece would result in a check. This is a great checkmate by the queen, because again, it cannot be taken.
Because the White Bishop on c4 would take your King?
