Can't improve from 300 elo.

I used to get regularly annoyed by Wayward Queen nonsense - if you stop paying attention to the queen, they can cause trouble. I watched this to understand how to defend and fight back against this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2a3wDY69NJI
I also managed to go from 380ish elo at the end of January to having just tipped over 700 this morning, so it's possible to improve board vision etc. My main learning resource was the Chess Brahs basic principles videos, and my main strategy was to ignore fancy openings and be consistent.
When you make a move, think of CCT - "if I move my piece here, what are the checks, captures and threats?". For example in your most recently game you started by doing a Ruy Lopez against a pawn, which seems a bit pointless, but you end up with a reasonable position. Then 11. Bd4 just hung your bishop for no reason, and ... Nxf4 just gobbled it up. 17 Bxb7 was also pretty hangy, as black could have just retaken with their bishop, but then also blundered by shfting the rook. Your position wasn't terrible until the latter stages of the map, you just didn't capitalise on your opponent's blunders.

I agree, this happens allot to me. I end up in a strong position then screw it up. This has to do with my board vision . I'll take a look at your recommendations, thank you.

How long have you been trying to improve?
What methods have you been using to try and get better?
What type of games do you play: bullet, blitz or rapid?
Chess is hard. As a newb myself I'm only just starting to learn how hard it is to get better at this game. It takes lots of time.

I just watched a few of your games. The move Qh5 is tricky. Look up "wayward queen attack" to see how to refute it. It's a little tricky because intuitive moves don't work. If you're interested, I'm willing to play a "daily" unrated game with you where we have 1 or 3 days per move and a chat box where we can discuss ideas.

I can teach you EXACTLY how to think during the game (opening, middlegame and endgame). Your chess understanding will never be the same and you will improve a lot. I charge $10/h, but if you can’t afford too many lessons, don’t worry. I can teach you a lot in an hour. Here to help if you are interested.
If you want to study by yourself, read ‘Logical Chess’. It is really instructive book. You have it on youtube as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eTB7oHeRgM&list=PLUrgfsyInqNa1S4i8DsGJwzx1Uhn2AqlT
Puzzles, puzzles, puzzles.
And when playing, remember to also look for the tactics from your opponent's perspective before you make your move.
How should I put it... Maybe something like: try to not only look for ways to win material, but also make sure you are not going to lose material on each move you make.

I saw a few of your games . The question is why low elo players take their queen out for hunting from word go ? Develop slowly , take your time.

Hey! Dude! I've been watching your games and noticed that because 300 rated barely knows how to play you have no idea what they are doing so assuming a 300 has a plan is slightly silly..... What I would suggest is you use analysis mode to play a game from beginning to end just to figure out how to break pawn walls and don't assume that the other guy has a plan other than see a piece take a piece because if you lose material you can't get it back.......

and see ,you have only few seconds left after that
If that happens, the time control is too fast and one needs to play longer games.

I don't get it. Why am I getting crushed by sub 300 players? My board vision is trash. I keep getting crushed by queen attacks even though I try to use common defenses to punish them. I got up to 375 from 100 elo by GRINDING playing 300 games. Now I can't win at all hardly anymore and got knocked back down to 280. I tried to only focused on defending my pieces but I end up doing worse when I do that simply because all these other people will push me into stupid trades weakening my defenses. They also put me into position where all my moves become bad moves. I have easier more enjoyable games vs my brother who uses chess strategies and logic and he's 1500. Why are these low level players hard? I feel like I would do so much better if I understood how to defend my pieces better and could punish dumb moves better like queen attacks.
Losing pieces, getting bad positions and stupid trades happen to every chess player. It is normal. Your problems are deeper than that. Please explain this game:

For close to a year. I play 10 min rapid and do puzzles. Lately I have been trying to keep my pieces from being unguarded, but somehow my opponent uses tactics that keep me from winning. I constantly get the run around by people. I would think 300 players have no idea about queen attacks and tactics.

I was tired after playing for hours and moved the wrong knight then go mad.

Watch Gotham chess and hikaru
I have been doing that.
Don't worry too much about fancy lines though, e.g. memorising the Fried Liver Attack or 5 variations of the Caro-Kann, these things are only relevant at higher rankings, as far as I've been led to believe.

I can play a practice game with you and tell you what you are doing wrong.

I highly recommend switching from 10 minute rapid to 15|10 rapid.
If you absolutely want fast games (not recommended), rather play 5|5 blitz than 10 minute rapid.
The increment is important, since it eliminates flagging to a large extent and thus the games become a little bit better for learning since one of the players usually has to checkmate if the opponent does not resign. And also, I do not recommend resigning.
