Chess Madra - Helpful for visualization?

Although I've never used that specific website before, I've done that exercise both when training with Chessimple AND when training with dontmoveuntilyousee.it (which is the chess vision-tools training website I've liked the best).
Thank-you. Did you find it useful? Have you seen any mid-term or long-term benefits?

It’s worth giving it a try for a few weeks to see if it helps improve your visualization and calculation skills.

One long-term benefit is I learned that I don't HAVE to use visualization to do all of my imaginary-position-based mental processing. Another was learning that I CAN do non-virtual board vision exercises IF I set everything up properly.
Hi,
I'm posting this under the "beginners" section, even if I don't think it is for absolute beginners.
Anyhow.
I came across the Chess madra web site (Here: https://chessmadra.com/visualization) and in particular, the said page brings directly to their visualization exercises.
I was wondering if any of you are using this tool and if you have found it to be effective and beneficial to train in visualization.
Thanks!
