Disappointed With 450 Rating

So I started playing chess again for the first time in 20 years.  I have been grinding a lot of games on chess.com and having a blast.  I played about 250 games of chess recently on the site. However, I am only 450 points on chess.com ladder.  This is very disappointing to me as I grew up playing Chess Grandmaster computer game with countless hours playing the different computers, lessons, and puzzles when I was a teenager.  Is 450 rating considered bad?  I know the game from playing it for endless hours when I was a kid and even used to study up on the openings.

After a long break from chess, it's natural to experience some rustiness and adjustment period as you get back into the game. Give yourself time to reacquaint yourself with the tactics, strategies and patterns of the game.
