Better not engage in chess studies while driving. Your mind would pay great attention and driving requires full attention. If you're commuting. plenty of chess apps and small books.

Decades ago, there were chess audio books on cassettes, but they assumed that the listener was sitting at a board.

There is one informative podcast called perpetual chess. The host Ben Johnson interviews various Chess masters from around the world. There are about 115 episodes to date; there tends to be quite a lot of educational content, so they are worth checking out.

I would not recommend active learning while driving, not if you want to make it to the end of the week alive!
