Well 4. ... d6 is a lemon. I would have thought ... Bc5 or maybe ... Be7.
Develop pieces unless there is a reason not to.
Now me I would play 5. Ng5 taking advantage of the undeveloped Bf8
6. ... Bg4xNf3, I think not and would play ... Bh5
7. ... b6 having just made yourself weaker on the white squares this worsens that, the knight is hanging on c6. Maybe 7. ... Nd4 attacking queen and c2.
8. ... h6, the bishop would be going to Be3 anyway, also white has plans like Qg3 Bxh6 if ...0-0
10. ... Nb8, the only move is ... Qd7
