 why I cant castle from e1 to g1? You can see King is not in check, nor king and rook moved

Because in castling, the king would travel "through the f1 square" to get to g1, and the Black queen on h3 controls that f1 square, so castling is prevented temporarily until the f1 square is no longer controlled.
