Getting back up in rating

Quick little game with 97.5 accuracy and only good or better moves. I stopped playing for seven years and came back a year ago, only to lose a lot of games and drop from 1100 rating to about 800. I slowly worked myself up again, taking the time to make each move in daily chess. In this game the opponent did something risky with his queen on move 8 and I trapped it. On move 15 he moved his king to prevent the fork I was planning, but he moved it in the only wrong position. From then on it was a quick mate. I'm having hope again and really enjoyed this game. I find that my accuracy is all over the place. Sometimes I manage to see the possibilities, sometimes I don't see them and make stupid moves. This game taught me that it's worth it to think a little bit more and deeper instead of rushing daily chess.

An earlier game that I lost. I was superfocused trying to mate him. Then one day I log in and think: let's get that knight of him. Complete blunder and he mates me in 2. Another reason to take the time to think.
