What are some good openers for people who are intermediate?

A good one is the London. It feels complicated but once you changed things depending on the people it will feel natural. Any other suggestions?

Up to you but I wouldn't suggest learning the london if you actually want to improve to a decent intermediate elo eventually, you'll just become complacent and improve much slower than everyone else - trust me I've played way too much chess and people my elo who still play the london are literally free wins in the middle game for me. Judging from your profile you are actually a complete beginner.

If you're interested in learning chess not only efficiently but also passively at your elo I'd highly suggest you purchase a membership here at chess.com and start by watching and doing these lessons:

Lesson guide section - New to chess category / Beginner fundamentals / Intermediate key concepts

General lesson section - Essential checkmate patterns / Exclusively checkmates / Introduction to tactics / Kalaeidoscope of chess openings (not to actually remember every opening but to see the beginning moves and pick what you find fun)

After those you can move onto literally a thousand other lessons and videos you can watch and learn from, I used to just watch one before bed or when I woke up in the morning. When I first started chess I went from like 500 elo to 1000 in 2 months with just some lessons didn't learn anything about openings really at all until 1000 elo. Good luck

For beginners, I would recommend either the Ruy Lopez or the Sicilian Defence. They are both relatively simple and can help you get familiar with some of the basic principles of chess. Plus, they're pretty fun to learn!
