According to Aimchess and my coach, my positional play is weak compared to my tactics and other things related to my chess game. How can I improve my my positional play? Is there any courses on chessly/chessable or any tasks I can do to become better? Cant wait to hear your responses. Thank you for your help.

Probably one of the greatest enemies of positional chess for players is patience, or the lack of it. Many players want to find a devastating move with every move, in doing so many, many times they force or try to force something that just isn't there. Positional chess is about finding good squares for your pieces, improving your position with every move and building small advantages with every move you make. Once again, patience is the key.

As for resources, there are many good books out there, however, I have found that there are many, many good videos on YouTube on positional play.

Good Luck!

positional play has different elements and should be learned individually and be able to spot them during the game. Let's say you have a position. First thing that has to be asked is how safe are the kings. Which king is safer. Are all pieces on their optimal squares? Are there weaknesses in both camps? etc. etc. From there you have to evaluate the position. Which side is better and how much better? Or maybe the position is equal. If there are no immediate tactics in the position you may choose a positional move. Should I improve the safety of the king? Should I prevent an opponent move? Should I trade on of my opponent's piece? etc. etc. In short, learn the positional elements first.

That is absolutely impossible.

As an illustration of your "tactics and other things", look at this game:

I can teach you EXACTLY how to think during the game (opening, middlegame and endgame). Your chess understanding will never be the same and you will improve a lot. I charge $10/h, but if you can’t afford too many lessons, don’t worry. I can teach you a lot in an hour. Here to help if you are interested.

If you want to study by yourself, read ‘Logical Chess’. It is really instructive book. You have it on youtube as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eTB7oHeRgM&list=PLUrgfsyInqNa1S4i8DsGJwzx1Uhn2AqlT
