If your rating is 600 you are not playing OK, you are playing badly. Looks like you play almost exclusively 3/2 and 1 minute games. You are not a strong player so you cannot hope to play well at this speed. Long games, think about what you are doing, careful analysis, long term planning in a position all that stuff. You have to learn how to play well in the slow lane before you can move into the fast lane without crashing into the central reservation over and over again.
How could I get better

With a lot of effort. Playing bullet and blitz is the wrong thing to do if you wish to improve. You need to play longer games and analyze them - for now at your level, probably mostly blunder check, follow opening principles while playing games, practice tactics at least a little, and study chess along with it.

Go through all the chess.com tutorials, beginning to end. Take breaks every once in a while and play live games to see if you've improved.
Ive improved alot since i bought premium and could analyze my games. It was difficult to improved by playing 5 min blitz before, but now i actually prefer this mode. I can analyze my mistake and learn from them at a faster phase, just this week ive been improving my openings alot and actually know which moves are good and which are bad. Ive almost increased 100 rating this week, get premium and analyze, this will improved your game.

I know how to play chess, I'm rating 600
I won some tournaments and I'm playing ok.
what can I do to realize the game better and to think ahead.
I want to become good at it.
If it's books or just spend more time in it.
Do longer time games such as 10 or 15|10

Here’s a link to free books and of course there are many more places too https://archive.org/details/CHESSGrandmaster/heUnknownTrainingGamesofMikhailBotvinnik-JanTimman
