How do I win I'm losing continuously
Do not focus on winning, focus on not losing, then wins will come.
Do not hang pieces or pawns, and when your opponent does, take these.
Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
Play 15|10 rapid and use all your time and finish on increment.
Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it thoroughly to learn from your mistakes.
First, don't start playing chess at blitz times. Start out by playing longer time controls, then learn to spot mistakes you can use to win. Later once you can recognize pins, hangs, or discovered checks that lead to lost material and you learn more tactics you can return to 3 min or 1 min games. Faster games tend towards development of bad chess imo. I do love blitz at times just I keep these points in my mind. Good luck.
