how do you disable the assist dots?

I'm new to this game and i haven't really explored much of this game app, but i've been trying to disable the dots that appear when you press on a piece. you know the ones that show you where that piece can go, I don't want that because sometimes i press onto a piece and it shows me a spot that i didn't realise i could've gone. I don't think that'll help me learn the game properly and it feels like cheating. can someone help me please? or can it not be disabled?
