Not at all if it is shorter than 20 moves.

I recently cheated against maximum computer (it's legal to cheat against computers) by doing only perfect moves, and even so I couldn't get a 100% accurate game. I saved that game to my game archive. My accuracy was only 99,9%, not 100. Think about it, how rare is it?

I don't know what "100% accurate" means but I did get a game with no bad moves.

look in game review. Also my latest game is 100% accurate, also scholar's is not 100% percent cuz,

1. It's less than 20 moves, making it common

2. It's a book move and theory so you can't like call it accurate.
