Try changing one gear up and one gear down and see how it affects your rating eg if you mainly play 5'0 then start playing 3'2 and see how your rating is affected , if it deteriorates even more then perhaps 5'5 is more suitable time control for u

Try changing time control by one step in both directions and observe whether it leads to an improvement in rating eg if you mainly play 5'0 then try playing 3'2 and 5'5 , hopefully u will find a time control which is most suited to your minds frequency and your rating will improve

Just play and try to get better

but seriously, just analyse your games and learn from your mistakes and from good ideas used by your opponents

I would consider developing a study guide to organize your progress. You can do this by getting a book on chess theory and following some knowledge objectives for each chapter. Also, the lessons chess.com provides are actually really helpful.

Win more games in rapid until you memorize entire games then do those games faster
