how to easily get a draw or stalemate?

I usually lose matches so I try to get a draw or stalemate to not lose but how to do them easily?
You don't draw by stalemate easily, just put your king in the most restricted place and just hope that your opponent blunder. If you down a piece, again just hope your opponent blunder. At your level, you should try to aim for a win because you can always have a come back, try not to hang your piece and checkmate in 1 move
