Play live chess against the computer. Komodo levels 2 and 3 are hopeless. Don't worry if you blunder a piece or two, just keep attacking. Komodo will make more mistakes than you do. Pointless[!?] exercise of course. But it makes you wonder why it rates itself so highly.
Better play people., I suppose.
