Creating new accounts will not make you a stronger player. That is why you eventually end up at a rating that reflects your true strength.
You need to study, do tactics puzzles, analyze your lost games and improve. That is how you get from 950 to 1200 and then from 1200 to 1300 and from 1300 to 1400 and so on.
Play long rapid 15 min and longer. Study and analyze your games. Study more...Blitz will never make you a good chess player. Solid openings. There are no short cuts in this brain game.
I suggest studying games like from the grandmasters. And you should pratice your opening and tactics. That way you can get a better rate in winning :wk :mate
